Your files are ready as soon as your payment is confirmed. Here’s how to get them.
Step 1: Find your download links
You’ll receive an order confirmation email with a download button for each product. The same links are always in My Account → Downloads.
Step 2: Download the ZIP file
Click the download button. Your browser saves a ZIP file, usually in your Downloads folder. Large bundles can be over 100 MB, so use a stable Wi-Fi connection.
Step 3: Unzip the file
- Windows: right-click the ZIP and choose “Extract All”.
- Mac: double-click the ZIP.
- iPhone or Android: open it in the Files app. A computer is easier for large bundles.
Step 4: Upload to your POD platform
Upload the PNG file to your print provider’s design tool. Check the print area preview before you publish.
Downloading again
You can download your purchases again at any time from My Account → Downloads. If a link doesn’t work, email info@trennisilvory.com with your order number and we’ll help.
Didn’t get the email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Make sure you typed your email correctly at checkout.
- Sign in to My Account to download directly.
