What do I receive after I buy?
A ZIP file with the files listed on the product page, plus a PDF copy of the OnData Commercial License. Every product page lists the file format, number of files, pixel size and approximate download size.
How do I download my files?
Right after your payment is confirmed, you get an email with download links. The same links are always in My Account → Downloads. See the Download guide for step-by-step help.
Can I download my files again later?
Yes. Sign in to My Account → Downloads to download your purchases again.
Can I use the designs on Etsy, Amazon Merch or Shopify?
Yes. The Commercial License lets you print the designs on physical products you sell. Each platform reviews listings under its own rules, so we can’t guarantee that any platform will accept a listing.
Are the mockups editable?
Each mockup listing states exactly what you get. Flat JPG or PNG mockups do not include editable layers or Smart Objects. You place your design on top using an image editor or Canva.
Will a design fit a mug or all-over print?
Our apparel designs are sized 4500 × 5400 px for standard front prints. Mugs, tumblers and all-over prints use different print areas, so you may need to resize or crop. Check your print provider’s template first.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Every order comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you’re not happy for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Details are in our Refund Policy.
Are your designs original?
Yes. Every design is created for OnData and is not copied from other artists or brands. We avoid third-party logos, characters and trademarked slogans. If AI tools were used in making a design, the product description says so.
Who runs OnData?
OnData is operated by Lawrence Silvercrafts LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States. Our small team works remotely.
