This page is the full license. Version 1.0, effective September 28, 2026. The version that applies to you is the one in effect on the date of your order.
1. Who this license is for
The license is granted by Lawrence Silvercrafts LLC (“OnData”, “we”) to the person or business that bought the product (“you”). One purchase covers one buyer or one business.
2. What you can do
- Print POD designs on physical products you sell, such as apparel, mugs, totes, stickers and home decor. There’s no limit on the number of units.
- Sell those products on marketplaces and your own store, including Etsy, Amazon Merch on Demand and Shopify.
- Use mockups to present your own products in listings, ads, social media and your website.
- Resize, recolor, crop or combine the designs with your own artwork.
- Use the files for personal projects.
3. What you can’t do
- Resell, share, give away or redistribute the files, whether as-is or edited.
- Sell the files as digital products, including printables, clipart, SVG or PNG downloads, templates or bundles.
- Upload the files where others can download them, such as shared drives or file marketplaces.
- Register the designs, or products made mainly from them, as trademarks.
- Use the files to train AI models or in datasets.
- Claim the original artwork as your own in contests or portfolios.
4. Ownership
We keep all rights we hold in the artwork. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Other customers may buy the same design.
5. Platforms
Each marketplace reviews listings under its own rules. Buying a license does not guarantee that a platform will accept your product.
6. Ending the license
If you break these terms, or if your purchase is refunded or charged back, the license ends and you must stop using the files. Products you already sold before a refund are not affected.
