These Terms of Service govern your use of ondata.shop/ and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
ondata.shop/ is operated by Lawrence Silvercrafts LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (“OnData”, “we”, “us”). Address: 408 South 9th Street, Thermopolis, WY 82443, USA. Email: info@trennisilvory.com.
2. Products
We sell digital files only: POD design files, POD mockups and bundles. No physical item will be shipped. Each product page describes the file format, dimensions, number of files and approximate download size. Previews may show artwork on sample products for illustration only.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. You are responsible for keeping your account login secure.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders paid through Paddle; Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders, and the Paddle Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase. When you check out with FastSpring, your order is processed by our online reseller FastSpring.com, which is the Merchant of Record for that order and also handles order-related customer service inquiries and returns. In that case, FastSpring’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase. We do not receive or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, download access is added to your account and sent to your email. You can download your purchases again from My Account. If you have trouble downloading, contact us and we will help.
6. License
Your use of the files is governed by the OnData Commercial License. Buying a product gives you a license to use it, not ownership of the artwork.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy or scrape the site, share download links, attempt to access files you haven’t paid for, or use the site for anything unlawful.
9. Intellectual property
All artwork, text and site design are owned by Lawrence Silvercrafts LLC and protected by copyright. If you believe something on our site infringes your rights, email info@trennisilvory.com with details and we will review it promptly.
10. No guarantee of results
We provide files as described on each product page. We do not guarantee sales, earnings, or acceptance by any marketplace or print provider.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on the date of your order applies to that order.
